1. CUT AND BEND
STEEFCO We process cut and bend reinforcement orders from 8mm to 40mm diameter. All our machines are computerized with a tagging system to provide a quick and efficient service for checking their delivery and to speed up the checking and off-loading or orders.

We operate one of the world’s leading supplier of software for the rebar industry to cut and bend reinforcement with complete integrated suite of applications that automate every step of rebar fabrication, from estimating and detailing, to tagging, shearing, material tracking, contract management, billing, and general accounting.ral accounting.

2. WIRE MESH
STEEFCO is equipped with the best machinery to enable a production of high quality products. STEEFCO mesh also carries out quality checks throughout its manufacturing process to ensure that only the best products are supplied to the customers. The welded wire mesh is a reinforcement mesh made up of shear-proof joints produced by electric resistance spot welding.

3. F.B.E.C EPOXY COATED RE-BARS
We provide epoxy coated deformed steel re-bars from sizes 8mm to up to 40mm diameter. FBEC fusion bonded epoxy coatings are designed to increase the longevity of reinforcing steel bars in concrete structures.

The protective benefits of Corro-Coat EP-F, a premium quality of FBE coatings can be secured through controlled plant application and cautious rebar handling.
ADVANTAGES OF F.B.E.C EPOXY
COATED RE-BARS
  • Protection: Epoxy coated rebar is designed to protect the rebar against rust and corrosion.
  • Environmentally friendly materials: unlike many paints, the fusion bonded epoxy coating used for steel reinforcement do not contain appreciable solvents or other environmentally hazardous substances.
  • F.B.E.C rebar is manufactured to meet ASTM A775 A775M.

About STEEFCO
One of the Solb Steel affiliate company, having a new cut and bend factory located in Saudi Arabia Jizan district as a downstream service facility to further process rebar and wire rod. STEEFCO company with all related services are located on the steel cluster plot in Jizan Economic City, kingdom of Saudi Arabia to serve mainly the requirements of numerous construction projects planned and ongoing in the immediate and west coast region.
